Board Business Management System (BBMS)

Overview

The BBMS is used by Bahamas Habitat to collect, organize, manage and present all board business related items including, board member directory info, call scheduling, access, agendas, minutes and various supporting documents. This process provides a central hub of access and allows BH to provide instant access to all board members and other appropriate parties.

The Regular Meeting of the Bahamas Habitat Board is the First Thursday of Each Month at 7:30 to 8:30 PM EST. Confirm dates via our calendar.

Board Officers, Committee Chairpersons and the Camp Director are expected to submit Board Reports via the BBS at least 4 hours before the meeting for review by the other board members. These reports are the basis of our meeting minutes kept online.

Dial (712) 432-0900 and enter the Pass Code 936131 followed by # key.
If conference is not in session, system will put you on hold until the moderator arrives.
